Client Testimonials “Vanessa is a great therapist. She is warm and kind, and has helped me to have more confidence and trust in my self. At one time I was so depressed I couldn’t see a way out, but Vanessa’s help has meant I have been able to not only see the light at the end of the tunnel but I now live in that light more often and for longer and longer periods of time.”

Harley Street Psychologist
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist in London, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Although I am primarily a Harley Street psychologist, I also have a consulting room in North London. I use Person Centered, Systemic, and Psychodynamic therapy, although my approach will depend on the client’s needs. I am also qualified to practise EMDR. I have been a CBT therapist in London for many years, using CBT for a range of issues, with a particular interest in treating social anxiety, generalised anxiety, self-esteem, depression, stress management and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
My CBT therapy London works to solve current problems and change unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns. Cognitive behavioural therapy can help clients manage a range of problems by changing ways of thinking and behaving. CBT can be an excellent treatment for anxiety and depression, but can also be helpful in overcoming phobias and other mental and physical health conditions.
I am a Chartered Psychologist. When a psychologist is registered as a Chartered Psychologist, members of the general public can be confident that he or she is fully qualified and experienced in the treatment of psychological problems.
